To this end, we are unable to exchange food or beverages, personalised items or items worn on the body that may have come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. Ethical Parcel is not responsible for the damage incurred during transportation. Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase.
